Healthcare Billing – Flemington, NJ – Changebridge Medical’s outside billing company.  To respond to information requests or to clarify billing issues pertaining to your office visit, patients can call 877-852-9092 directly to reach an agent of HCB Billing, Inc.   Please leave detailed information so the HCB agent can begin to research your question before returning your call.  Please be certain you have received an actual bill in not an E.O.B. (explanation of benefits) before determining if you need assistance.

If you have a question about a bill you have received from Genatom, Quest or LabCorp, our contracted labs, please call our office and select ext. 17 at the start of the attendant’s message and leave the details necessary to research your question or concern.  Again, please be certain you have received an actual bill in not an E.O.B. (explanation of benefits) before determining if you need assistance.
